The flow of shopping
1. Member registration
- Please register from the 「SIGNUP」at the top.
- Please note that we merchandise only to the professionals.
- So it is required for you to clarify by certificates or business card and etc.
- As you receive the confirmation of your registration, now it is possible to log in the site.
- To change the member information, after logging in you can press the customer's name at the top of the site and edit from the account edit screen.
2. Log in/Forget Password
- Please go to the login screen from "LOGIN" at the top of the site, enter the email address, password and log in.
- If you have forgotten your password, please click on the text link "Forget Password?" at below of the entry field on the login screen.
- As you enter your registered e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail of Reset password.
- Then you can go to the page where you set the new password, from the URL listed there.
3. Find products
- Products are all for use of Hair, Nail, Eyelash and Esthetic salon professionals.
Please enter the word you want to search after the word of "Searching for" at the top of the site and press the "Search" button.
You can search by product title, brand name and body text.
For category search, you can search for items by pulling down from the left menu for PC users and from menu on the top of site for smartphone users.
For brand search, you can search for items by pulling down from the left menu for PC users and from Menu on the top of site for smartphone users.
4. Product page
- Some of the product prices appear only after you logged in.
- You can add products into the cart only after you logged in.
- Per variants product, please select color and size before putting into the cart.
- Please note that some may come up with [Out of stock].
- <Description> It describes the description of the product.
- <Additional Information> Additional information is stated.
- <Shipping & Payment> It describes delivery and payment method.
5. Cart screen
- After changing Qty, please push the "Update" button at the bottom of the page. Total will be updated.
- If you want to delete the product, please click the × button.
Member registration information is stated.
It will update your registration information as you revise and save.
Please check "Same As Billing Address" if you want to deliver to the same place as member registration.
After checking all, please click the "Save and Continue" button at the bottom of the page and proceed to Delivery.
"Save my address" will save it as member information.
- Delivery company will be selected automatically.

After the Confirm page, you will be redirected to Ipay88 the payment.

- After checking all, if you click the "Place Order" button at the bottom of the page.
- If you select "Online Banking/Credit Card", you will be redirected to Ipay88 the payment.
- If you select "Bank Transfer", it is "Complete".
- The order is complete. A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.
11. Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping over RM160. *Within Malaysia
If it is less than RM160, please note that the shipping fee is RM25 uniformly.
Good will be send via Poslaju which will take 2- 4 workings days to receive the goods.

12. Overseas shipping service
- BEAUTY GARAGE MALAYSIA also ships to foreign countries under given condition.
- Order products(equipment) can be cancelled in some cases if it is before shipping.
14. Returned goods and exchange
- If there are defects in the product, such as scratches or damage, we accept exchanging, repairing or refund, if you contact us within 7 days. When exchanging, please keep the invoice and the product in the same state as at the time of delivery.
- Please understand that returning and exchanging are NOT accepted under customer's circumstances.
